Reflection on the 12th week of the training

YEHUUU!! I have good news!!

I came with different and precious websites for you today. Our websites are ready, and they wait for visitors to come and benefit from them. Last week we completed our websites and presented our projects to each other via a Zoom meeting. 

Every group presented their website. We talked about what our website includes, why we selected this topic, and what our purposes are for creating these websites. It was a good session. We had fun a lot, our teachers liked our websites, we made comments on each others' work and talk about them. 

This training supplied lots of information to us, we learned lots of things from our trainer and our training. We are so glad that we had such an opportunity to take part in such a well-qualified project thanks to our teachers, Dilek İnal and Melda Yılmaz. 

Now we are more confident in our field, we know what we should/should not do. We know using technology, collaboration, English in various ways as a global language... We can easily adapt ourselves to new technologies, new environments, and different situations. And all the things we have learned and experienced are so precious, really they are. We had fun a lot, we have an incredible bond between each other and our trainer. She always helped us whenever we need help, and she was always supportive. 💞
If I continue to tell good sides of our training I can not finish this post so I move to present you our website😉😊

In our website ' New Vision ELT ', we aimed to show what technology is, its history in language education, advantages of technology in language teaching, current trends and future possibilities of technology use, problems and solutions on technology use, and finally practical technology-integrated activities. Our target audience is both language teachers, and people who are interested in technology and language education. 

There are a lot of pre-service and in-service language teachers who don't know how to integrate technology into their teaching methods. So we wanted to show everyone, technology is a part of our lives and instead of run away from it, we should run with it to the future and develop ourselves every day. We hope our website will be useful for all the people who want to benefit from it and I hope people support us.

Hi everyone today I want to talk about HP Reveal !! HP Reveal is an application which work with Augmented Reality. Augmented Reality is so creative , enjoyable and beneficial for language learning.  AR is  a valuable tool for learners interested in learning through real-world immersion in a culture, country , language regardless of  barriers.   When we give students videoes, pictures and other stuff we can make them interest in activities but in a less curious but when we give them real things they certainly will interest , eager, collobrative, worry about what is going on how can they do and apply this stuff. AR can do this.  Here I tried mak pictures real by using HP Reveal. It is so simple you just download it take a photo that you want to show and students scan this photos and suddenly photo become  a real one .  Please do this ang make your students enjoy while using language. HAVE FUN!!

While preparing my lesson I had so much fun!! In Nearpod you can create a lesson presentation , activites for your students and many other things that you want. I recommend you to use while preparing your lessons. After you prepare a lesson presentation or an activity you give your students to your lesson's code that make them able to open our class and do your activity. And that's it. It is so comfortable and beneficial. I put my lesson's link and my code here so you can check and look my lesson. Have Fuun🌐𝌃

   Reflection on the 11th week of the training Hello guys!! This is my final post before our presentations.  Wow, we did a lot of work. We couldn't sleep so much, couldn't rest but worked on our website.  Before our presentation, we selected our visuals, completed our papers, and tried to design our website. Zoom calls were our everything in this process, because of the pandemic we couldn't' t see each other face to face and we are far from each other. But thanks to our Zoom meetings we can see each other and discuss lots of things about our website. We always separated our roles as groups and collaborated all the time. We are excited about our presentation and we hope everyone likes our website and benefit from it.  We have not so much time to complete our website anymore so we have to be quick and creative.  After our presentations, I will share both our website and the other groups' website. I didn't see their website yet, but I know they did a great job.  St
